Private Personal Training

Private sessions offer one-on-one attention and a fully customized program designed around your goals, health history, and current fitness level. This option is ideal for beginners, individuals recovering from injury, or anyone who prefers focused, individualized coaching.

Many clients begin with private training to build a solid foundation in strength, balance, and movement mechanics. From there, some transition into small group classes, while others continue enjoying the accountability and personalized structure of one-on-one sessions.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Semi-private training allows you to share your session with a partner while still receiving personalized instruction and programming. This option provides the same thoughtful coaching as private sessions in a collaborative setting, often making it a motivating and cost-effective choice.

If you enjoy training alongside a spouse or friend, semi-private sessions can be a great way to stay consistent together.

Private Training
10 Sessions – $600 With Geoff

Semi-Private Training
10 Shared Sessions – $500 per person (must be used together each session)

Sessions are sold in packages of ten and expire three months from the date of purchase. Packages are non-refundable.
