Private and Semi-private Personal Training
Private and semi-private personal training sessions are available to get you started working towards your goals. If you are a beginner, private training sessions are a great introduction to working out. Many times, clients can transition into group classes once they get a foundation established. Other times, clients enjoy having the time to themselves. If you don't mind sharing your work out time with another person, semi-private sessions are a great way to save on the cost of private sessions while still getting the attention and work out you would with private sessions. All training sessions are 45 minutes in length.
Sessions are sold in packages of ten and expire 3 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable.
